ROBERT WARNER, Managing Director

A professional whose career with Metropolitan Electrical Services Ltd. spans over twenty-three successful years, having joined as a Foreman with trade training. Highly competent in specialist installations, particularly within the Investment Banking Sector. Outstanding management skills combined with strong 'hands-on' technical background. Currently responsible for all aspects of contract management, business development, logistics and operations.

MAURICE EXALL, Chairman

A seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing contracts for major Investment Banking Clients and Investment Houses. Experience spans over thirty-five years across all aspects of management, viz logistics, engineering, contract negotiation, operations, team building, health & safety and business development. Outstanding communication, technical and interpersonal skills, able to devise installation strategy, set up overall contracts, appoint/direct the management supervisory team.

PAUL KANE, Director

A highly self-motivated individual and valuable team player. Excellent commitment and flexibility, along with drive, enthusiasm and a positive approach to any situation that is encountered. A very good history of supervisory control and management skills. Excellent technical ability, alongside an aptitude for problem solving and trouble shooting. A 'hands-on' management style able to oversee the installation team, maintain project quality and programme, liaise with clients and provide technical support. Proven track record on major projects as well as small minor works.

ANTHONY BALLARD, Director

A General Manager with engineering, commercial & contract management experience with a proven track record in business critical engineering systems. A strong and committed team player capable of prioritising task management skills with a view to delivery of key success factors, innovative solutions, effective communications, strategic management, customer service, value engineering, team development, team performance and budget management.

STEVE HAWKINS, Mechanical Services Manager

A highly experienced and motivated manager with over 30 years of experience in the industry, driven by the desire for business and personal success. Building services design orientated with a clear understanding of the building processes and the needs for initial concept design through to project delivery and handover. Able to communicate at all levels with a flexible and proactive approach to meet and deliver client satisfaction. Strong strategic planning and management skills and able to motivate and manage multi discipline teams to deliver projects on time and to budget.

Training

Metropolitan is committed to training and promoting its staff from within. All staff are assessed on an on-going basis to maintain they stay up to date and fully conversant with both existing and new procedures and regulations.

We fully believe in the concept of training our own staff to maintain our high standards and to this end we are associated with the JTL Government Training Scheme, which aids us with training of school leavers.
